    Research interests

My research focuses on efficient numerical methods for modeling biomedical systems. I am particularly interested in developing methods for simulation of epidemiological dynamics on time-evolving contact networks. I also work with reaction-diffusion dynamics relevant to signaling processes in bacteria.
